At DOVBUSH Organic Furniture, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns for In-Stock Furniture

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused
have no damage or modifications
be in the same condition as when it was received

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The original shipping cost, if paid separately, is non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed in processing.

Custom Orders

Furniture made specifically for a customer’s individual sizes, design, finish, or other agreed-upon specifications is a Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except as required by applicable law.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can promptly document the damage and file a claim with the carrier.

Please provide photos of the damaged area, the outer and inner packaging, and the shipping label. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

After reviewing the information, we will offer an appropriate solution — repair, replacement, partial or full refund, when applicable.

The requirement to report visible shipping damage within 48 hours does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Natural Wood

Each piece of DOVBUSH Organic Furniture is made from natural solid wood and has a unique grain pattern.

Natural variations in color, tone, texture, grain, knots, natural lines, small natural cracks, and other wood characteristics are not considered defects.

The actual color of the item may also vary slightly from the photos due to the natural wood, lighting, and screen settings.

Local Pickup

For local pickup, the customer should inspect the furniture before taking it.

After inspection and acceptance, DOVBUSH Organic Furniture is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the customer’s or their carrier’s loading, transportation, or unloading.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.

If the return meets the terms of this policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
